Wir haben Pedros Fahrdienst mittlerweile drei Mal in Anspruch genommen – und jedes Mal war es eine rundum positive Erfahrung. Die gesamte Abwicklung verlief stets reibungslos und absolut zuverlässig. Bereits im Vorfeld überzeugte die Kommunikation über E-Mail und WhatsApp durch Schnelligkeit, Klarheit und Freundlichkeit. Was Pedros Service besonders macht, ist das Gefühl, dass der Urlaub bereits mit dem Einstieg in seinen Bus beginnt. Er ist nicht nur ein äußerst sicherer und erfahrener Fahrer, sondern kennt die Insel so gut, dass keinerlei zusätzliche Hinweise zum Zielort notwendig sind. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch der professionelle Umgang mit unserem Sportequipment – unsere Rennräder wurden stets sicher und sorgfältig transportiert. Wir haben den Minibus (14 Plätze) am Flughafen ausgewählt. Die Fahrt vom Flughafen Palma bis zum Hotel in Portals Nous kostete 65€. Fünfköpfige Familie mit 3 Generationen. Der Service hat uns gefallen und so haben wir den Service auch für die Rückfahrt gebucht. Der vereinbarte Termin wurde auf die Minute eingehalten. Die Buchung wurde 4 Stunden zuvor via WhatsApp durchgeführt und bestätigt. Für uns also kein Stress. Ob ein Grossraumtaxi günstiger gewesen wäre? Keine Ahnung. Zwei Taxen hätten vermutlich ebenso viel gekostet. Beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder.
ISLAND TOUR & TRANSFER is a great way to get around the island of Mallorca. Worry less travel I would say! Very roomy and comfortable mini buses in a pristine condition. We played golf for 5 days and the drivers were always on time, very kind and polite. Mr Pedro Roig Garcia was also kind in pointing out points of interest to us. When I booked the service, the email contact was convenient and efficient. In short, if you look for a service like this, this is a very good option!

We changed our plans multiple times and he was very flexible and helpful and even got us reservations at an incredible lunch spot!! I wish I could give ten stars!! Danke Pedro für den hervorragenden und professionellen Service! 3 Service-Fahrten von und nach Alcúdia: Freundlich, super zuvorkommend, spontan, gut erreichbar, flexibel, günstig und faire Festpreise - absolut professionell und empfehlenswert! Wir haben Pedro spontan am Flughafen PMI angesprochen, da wir für eine Reisegruppe von 14 Personen inklusive Gepäck auf der Suche nach einem Shuttleservice nach Alcuida waren. Die erste Fahrt hat uns direkt überzeugt und wir haben zwei weitere Fahrten gebucht. Pedro war uns direkt sympathisch - er ist absolut pünktlich, zuverlässig und zuvorkommen und dabei überhaupt nicht aufdringlich - für uns ein Glücksgriff! Der Kontakt per WhatsApp war sehr einfach, wir haben immer schnelle Antworten bekommen und Änderungswünsche waren kein Problem. Vor Reiseantritt wurden uns die Festpreise für die Fahrten vorgerechnet und die waren völlig transparent und fair - per Taxi hätten wir mindestens das doppelte bezahlen müssen. Der Bus ist sauber, modern, mit großzügigem Platzangebot, mit Entertainment-System und auf Wunsch auch mit Partybeleuchtung :-D Wir sind sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit gerne wieder mit Pedro und Island Tour & Transfer fahren - absolut empfehlenswert und jeden Cent Wert! El trato del conductor ha sido muy agradable. En todos los trayectos que hemos realizado ha sido puntual, paciente y servicial. Hemos hecho algunas pequeñas modificaciones de última hora y no ha puesto ningún inconveniente, hasta nos trajo bebida en una nevera de camping. 100% recomendable!

Very helpful and managed to take 10 of us with all our luggage to and from the airport for a reasonable price. Very good with communication through whatsapp. Offer was there for additional tours/transport if required. Put on a movie for the kids to watch for the travel to and from airport which was a good touch. Would highly recommend.
